Success for Tennis League Networks First USA Tennis tournament
Newton, MA- The first yearly USA tourney of the Tennis League Network (TLN), which manages local web based tennis communities in 34 cities and metro areas, was a big success, says TLN CEO Steve Chagnan. Held Nov. 6-8 at Crandon Park Tennis Center in Miami, FL, The event, played on hard courts, pulled 31 tennis participants of all skill levels– all of them winners in their respective local TLN seasons.
Orlando Tennis, San Diego Tennis, Brooklyn Tennis
The tournament surpassed my wildest expectations. The Crandon Park and weather were perfect, and the tennis participants were congenial and avid, said Chagnan. Tennis participants who won their respective season playoffs local seasons received free entry into the tourney.
The TLN local communities design to link tennis participants who are fervent about the game in either a Partner Program (non-competitive format) or Flex League format. Our organization maintains that the players are getting tennis participants who are close to their skill level so they are loving fun challenging tennis matches. In the past 5 years we have seen over 43,000 tennis matches played and growing at a rate of 50%+ a year.
After many years of determining local winners, the conception of the National tourney was dreamt up to give these tennis participants a whole new level of involvement. Now we get to learn who really has the greatest tennis participants; Washington DC, Seattle, Dallas or maybe a player from a lower franchise like Ames. At the very least it will be a too much tennis with some great early November weather.
Registration has open for 2010 seasons, its now time for you to try to qualify to join us in Miami in early Nov.. Male or Female tennis players we hope to have the tennis partners for you who will meet up with you on the tennis courts.
